Schwalbe marathon e-plus

Hi, could someone please tell me if upgrading from a set of marathon GT tires to the new E-plus tires provide , marginal or significantly better grip on wet roads.
Is the marathon e-plus a tubeless tire? Or a "normal" tubed tire but with reinforced puncture protection?
