Rubber axle caps?

Anyone know where to get 12mm axle caps for CCS while Juiced is unpacking? Happy to pay for them, but surprisingly can't find anything that does the trick on Amazon.

Local hardware stores sometimes sell furniture end caps, they are round, but will also work perfectly.
