if those dubious timekeepers hold their value and appreciate regardless of their ability to keep accurate time. A Stromer, with its proven impressive undeniable quality Swiss product should appreciate like crazy going forward....... Hhhhmmmmm. There is a substantial criteria in order to be legally called a Swiss watch- primarily watch manufactured in country. No mention whose doing the work though. I've wonder if it's Swiss Union labor or possibly imported labor fro 3rd world countries desperate to be anywhere but their home country. At least it's not back breaking. The finished product rarely even weighs a lb.
The guy who was clever enough to figure out a Quartz rock naturally clicks at a perfect second- he only gets credit for cheapie watches-go figure

Since when does people buy mechanical watches just for reading the time?

I¨ll give you two hints:

Regarding the people who made Swiss Watches: Just have a look, where in Switzerland the (most) watches are made. You may not able to travel there, but this information might help.

Regarding where the major part of a Stromer is manufactured: I've mentioned the name of the company before, as I see them as a potential investor...

No ebike will ever appreciate like crazy except if you have one a hundred years from now in brand new condition and can sell it at an antique auction. Just like a car the more you ride it the more it will depreciate. With modern technology everyone wants the latest and greatest so forget about selling that swiss made master piece at a profit any time soon. You'd be lucky to get 75% of your money back in resale value, even the day after you boiht it. There are now and will continue to be way too many ebikes on the market to make any one an investment for future profit. Just my dumb ass opinion, lol.

I agree, but must insist, a Stromer is everything, but not "swiss made" in respect of the current law.

I emphasize the posting just above yours ,-)

Unless you embed diamonds and precious stones into the ebike, the standard ebike won't appreciate in price. It's a depreciating asset.

I was kinda trying to be funny.
Swiss watches are incredibly detailed, but maybe not the best way to keep accurate time.
But the stromers are the best way to ebike(imo).
I will concede I don't expect my Stromer to appreciate. Lol
