Rockstar battery charging question?

I Just picked up this used rockstar (never used) (person was to small) and the battery was at 100%. and now is down too 58% charge after riding.
when i try to charge the battery it will not take a charge. i have followed the battery directions (turn power off,plug charger into battery, then plug into wall outlet.)charger turns green but will not go red.
the battery level meter shows 2 green bulbs lite.
i called sondors and they stated the battery has to be drained more before the pack will charge.this is when the pack was at 89%.
i checked voltage from charger and it is putting out 24 volts as stated on the back of charger.
so my question is ,at what percent are any of you able to start charging at?

The charger must deliver 54.6v to charge your 48v battery, at 24v the battery monitoring system of your bike doesn't recognize the charger.

i didnt see that it was a 48v battery.
thanks for pointing that out. great now to find a good charger.
scored the bike for 2900 since he couldnt charge the bike.
i took the chance on buying it.

EBR found the problem in 22 minutes, not bad

If you look on the bottom of your middrive motor it is marked 48v.
