Haven't had a chance to research what specific cells they r using , but whatever they will build , it must be solid ; this company has Uber back up and a few ither heavyweights behind and is going Global in 2023.

See their website, they also have an intersting page with calculations and costs...

Then , that means the price of cells or price per bat. pack is really cheap, def. not 8-900$/500wh like some r paying for a Bosch pack. Yes, OEM stamp and certification, those Roam air emoto must go through some heavy testing as well ; those are for the rough terrain in the countries of Africa primarely, not the 10-15miles commute that the avg. ebike rider does on his Uber obnoxious priced 7000$ Specialized or even a 2000$ Aventon.

Now, that the truth is out and we know the real pricing .... Why isn't a new 750watts motor /750WH minimum battery capacity ebike less then 750$ ??? And comes equiped with good headlight/Usb-C/ and other tech like this Roam Air ?? We've been getting scammed all this years by the ebike industry i think.

Note- I had a similar thread awhile ago(https://electricbikereview.com/foru...getting-ripped-off-by-bosch-and-others.41409/ ) but that was comparing the Sondors Metacycle ( NON EXISTENT PRODUCT still after 2+years....) with Bosch. Sondors was not and still is not even close to Bosch level as far as quality/warranty, things that are the MOST IMP.

SONDORS META clearly is inferior to the ROAM AIR not only in specs ( 3Kwh bat. vs 6.8KWH) but in quality and price (6000$ vs 2200$ ) !!!

This Roam emoto is very intriguing ...

The Aventon is good for your health to ride and prolongs your life with each ride. We have two ebike for that purpose. Power bikes just expose you to death on the streets with few benefits.
