RM New charger vs Super charger

Hi people around the World! I’m all new to this forum so I hope I post this in the right place.
At the moment I’m pretty close to buying a speed pedelec e-bike. (here in the EU these are limited to 45km per hour)
My commute is about 22 km times two mostly flat, on good roads. The bikes that my local e-bike specialist advised are the Riese & Muller New Charger or the RM supercharger. Both new Vinci belt driven.
I think the extra battery capacity of the supercharger (1000kwh in stead of the 500 in the new charger) will come in very handy, especially when I want to cycle to family that lives a bit further away.
The SC has bigger tires. (I’m not exactly sure how big but about the size of the battery tube I guess)
I tested the super charger and it felt quite nice but also a bit heavy. According to the salesman both bikes should be pretty much the same except the extra battery and the fat tires.
But now comes the thing, I’m pretty sure the new charger felt quicker. Like it had more talk. Can anyone tell me if they think this is possible or if they have felt the same difference? The sales people thought the difference would have to be negligible but I think I’m pretty sure I felt it. I’m very curious if anyone can tell me something that can make me understand this better. Thanks a lot, in advance, for helping me out!
