Rize refuses to replace or pay for faulty brake pads on leisure and rx pro

Someone out there in the future will be looking for an ebike is going to come across Rize. Threads like this serve a purpose as to giving an insight to what kind of company they may be dealing with. It's better for the public to know this going in ahead of time. I believe that would fall under the entire purview of an ebike review.

Spazti received terrible service. No sane company runs their business like this. Rize could have made it right and failed. 3 months later they send break pads without a note. It's beyond ridiculous that type of service he receives on a $5000 purchase.
