Replacinf 2016 Haibike battery key

Has anybody had to replace a lost battery key for haibike? If so how did you do it?

I sent a request to haibike. Waiting to hear back

They have an entire dealer network, that's the place to start.

Yeah I'm gonna call the bike shop tomorrow

Not to be a Debbie Downer, but I tried that too....Tried calling authorized dealers and send them email, etc. No response. They are all closed, at least in my area.
