If this is like other Gazelles there should be a separate rear section for the enclosed chain guard behind the dropouts you can squeeze between thumb and forefinger to remove for servicing
Unfortunately no. It's not like the other gazelles.. The only youtube video was for the type you speak of but there is no removeable rear plastic section on the easy flow. edit: On close inspection, I found a small phillips head screw that allows a small portion of the chain housing to be removed to inspect or lube the chain. There is no dropout that can be squeezed but this newer design allows for a sleeker look. No bulging hunk of plastic.

Like this? Pages 30/31 on this Aussie manual has some photos of various Gazelle chainguards. But to prevent scraping the plastic I suggest you contact Gazelle Bikes USA. Prior to removing the rear wheel for a tire change you need to unhook the inner cable fixing bolt off the Nexus hub so there ought to be some way for you to access the cassette joint pulley so you can insert a 2mm Allen key to rotate it back to unhook it, this video suggests this might be possible with just the lower rear section of chain guard removed.
