So I have two Stromer bikes, the ST1 and the V1 (precursor to ST1).
I have code 1009 set to 1 on both bikes.
When I hit brakes, both bikes display switches to regen 2.
On ST1, as long as battery level is below 70%, I hit the brake gently and I can feel the regen slowing down the bike and the display shows arrows to the left of the battery level indicating that regen is actively charging battery.
On the V1, The only way I can get the regen arrows to indicate regen is working is if the bike is traveling in excess of 25mph. Below that, no regen.
The ST1 has the higher speed motor, the V1, has the 300rpm high torque motor.
Does anybody have any idea why recup 2 does not work as expected on the V1?
Thanks in advance for any ideas.
Mike
