I saw Propel do a Video on Mirrors for eBikes and he talked about a tough to find German model, the Busch+Muller 701. With some online searching I found it plenty of places from $45 to $90 but one place in the Netherlands (I'm in Texas) had it for $23 plus $10 shipping. So, I got it.

It fits in the handlebar end and gives a good view of what's behind. If it looks fragile out there don't worry, it's spring loaded to brake away like your car's side mirrors.
