I have just put together a new RCS Step Thru. When pushing on the thumb throttle I loose power and error 4 is displayed on the controller. I rechecked the connector and all is tight. I opened a ticket with Juiced and they shipped me a new throttle. The 2nd thumb throttle also throws an error 4. The thumb throttle that came with the bike only through the error 4 when in S and R mode. This new throttle throws the error code in any assist level. Juiced is shipping me another thumb throttle and wiring harness. For now I have switch the thumb throttles from my old RCS and the new. I have 2 old RCS bikes that I swapped the throttle off and the old throttle works no error code 4. It feels like a bad batch of thumb throttles?
