Trying to get an idea on what range everyone who go's hardcore with their 1000Wh R&M with 20kg+ of gear in 2 or 4 panniers?
And what tires, terrain and support levels, 25kph limit or not?

102-122 km. The low end during continuous climbing and when things got squishy. The high end - good roads, reasonably flat. 2 panniers+trailer. All kinds of terrain: desert, mountain, mud, road, gravel, etc. HS engine, and I tend to ride at a brisk pace. Super Moto-X, no problems on road/gravel/dry trails. So-so in mud. Hopeless in sand.

Give the range estimator a shot:

based on my experience, it’ll give you a good estimate in various scenarios.

Thanks, what levels of assist mostly, speed?

Very little eco due to the trailer
Tour mostly for the flatter areas
For climbing and especially for headwinds, sport and turbo.

i had severe problems with headwinds for first half of trip. I pulled a report after about 6k km (end of trip), and it was about 5%-40%-28%-27%, something like that. Speeds varied tremendously, but I was not shy about making up time after Nebraska (more or less the end of the windiest areas). It would range from climbing, say 16 km/hr to day-long sprints averaging 38 km/hr. The latter was mostly flat, sometimes with a gentle downhill gradient. As you know, the Bosch avg speed is highly misleading as it only factors in distance/time while motor is engaged.

Once you are set up with your panniers/trailers & tires inflated, you’ll find that there isn’t tremendous variation in range unless circumstances are extreme. Your low end will always be due to climbing, headwinds or mushy terrain you sink into. Your high end is good and flat roads, and with even the smallest downhill gradient you think you might go forever. Everything else is small fluctuations about the average.
