Range Extender for 2022 Vado 4.0

Has anyone purchased a range extender for their Vado 4 or 5? If so, did the extender improve the range a significant amount, and were there any drawbacks adding it. I have a Vado 4 and usually get roughly 45 miles out of Sport mode. Looking to get roughly a total of 80 with the extender.

Are you talking about the Full Power Vado or a Vado SL?
Full Power Vados do not take the SL Range Extender. The only option is a spare battery, to be carried in a pannier or otherwise.

Okay, thanks for the clarification....I was speaking of the full power Vado 4......will just order a second battery. Thanks sir....
