Raleigh Felix crank bolt

Hi all, I bought a Raleigh Felix in May and last week the l/h pedal came off, I found the bolt abd re-fitted it but it now keeps loosening itself, any ideas?

Use a torque wrench and/or Blue Loctite. NOT RED! That needs heat to release. The pedal came off or the crank arm and pedal?

its usually because the bolt was not tightened enough. but now you need to see if there was damage to the crank arm. make sure it fits snugly and there I no slop when you push it on.
