My 2019 Radcity has about 6k miles and developed side play in rear wheel. I removed the bearings and found the brand Silnt. No that’s not a typo. Sizes are 6001RS and 6904RS. They have black rubber seals on both sides. I ordered SKF on Amazon which was a mistake. The packaging and bearings look perfect but I submitted pictures to SKF to be sure and they are counterfeit. So now I learned that no reputable bearing company allows their bearings to be sold on Amazon or EBay. Bearing counterfeiting is rampant. I’m looking local now and getting suffix of LLU which is better than 2RS for bikes that are ridden in rain and being washed etc.
Don’t buy from RDV bearings in FL. I will add that the original bearings still roll like butter with no metallic contact feel. The side play is not noticeable but since everything else is good it has to be the bearings.
Edit: I ended up using those SKF bearings and side play is fixed. It’s a spare wheel now so not sure of longevity.
