Delivery has anyone had problems receiving thier bike was the packaging damaged and is the after care up to standard just a bit worried ordering from abroad

I didn't have any problems with my new Rad Rover. I'm on the opposite side of the country so mine traveled around 3,000 miles.

Rad Power bikes really improved its packaging from the time I ordered my two Radrovers in 2016 compared to my RadCity in 2018.

The big issue is with transport and how rough the carrier will be with the ebike. I ordered two Radrovers at the same time in 2016 and they arrived on the same day. One box was in perfect condition; while, the other looked like it went a few rounds in a UFC fight and lost (dirty, rips, and holes). That ebike ended up being the same one that had the most warranty claims with bent derailleur, front rotor not being true, pedal crank bolt falling out, and replacement of the controller. Everything was fixed for free by Rad and the ebike is still on the road today with +3700 miles.

Another issue I've had with all three ebikes was about 25% of the spokes being at various levels of tightness that can cause a pinging sound when riding. Re-tq the spokes with any spoke tool to the same level solved the issue.

If you are going to DYI, I would get better bike tools because the Rad provided tools are just "meh" on a scale of "they suck" to "outstanding".

Thanks for that it gives you
