I had some issues with the bike I received and we agreed that I should return it. They were so helpful in that process, that I was able to experience for myself the great service others have often commented on. I give them 5 stars for their help. As a result, I have placed an order for 2 Galaxy SLs. I reviewed all the other ebike options and came down to 2 others that I would consider. Electric Bike Company S model and the Priority Current. EBC charges a $600.00 restocking fee and I still have to pay for shipping a return. And I could not get passed the issue that the Priority Current did not have a throttle. Evelo, through UPS, picked up my bike at my house and paid for the return shipping exactly as they say on their web site. So, I went for Evelo again because of their no hassle 21 day trial and their excellent customer service.
I am only getting one bike at a time from Evelo to be sure ...
