Purchased an Evelo

Just placed my order for the Galaxy 500. Going on a two week trip so they will wait to ship it.
 
I had some issues with the bike I received and we agreed that I should return it. They were so helpful in that process, that I was able to experience for myself the great service others have often commented on. I give them 5 stars for their help. As a result, I have placed an order for 2 Galaxy SLs. I reviewed all the other ebike options and came down to 2 others that I would consider. Electric Bike Company S model and the Priority Current. EBC charges a $600.00 restocking fee and I still have to pay for shipping a return. And I could not get passed the issue that the Priority Current did not have a throttle. Evelo, through UPS, picked up my bike at my house and paid for the return shipping exactly as they say on their web site. So, I went for Evelo again because of their no hassle 21 day trial and their excellent customer service.

I am only getting one bike at a time from Evelo to be sure ...

...to be sure... what? Did you get an Evelo Galaxy SL? How did it go this time around?
 
The front fork on the one SL that we had shipped was not welded properly. They said they would send a replacement front fork but my wife wanted to try another brand. Once again, they paid for the return and treated us like "family." It was hard to go, but we did. We received a full refund like they promise to everyone. We are now trying the Model R from the Electric Bike Company. Should get them next week. No mid motor, no Enviolo ....

Thanks for letting me know. Good luck with your new bikes! I understand EBC has some exciting color choices :) and they look like quality bikes.
As I keep reading from others as well, Evelo does seem to have excellent customer service. And speaking of family, I'm sure it's good to follow your wife's plan 😉
