Propella out of business?

Has anyone successfully placed an order or received any communication from Propella in the past few months?

After owning 2 Propella bikes over 4 years: Sadly, all must now avoid this company. We have loved our Propella bikes, and it was time to upgrade the batteries; however, I placed an order with the company in October for the new battery and they took the payment up front. What I did not realize at the time is that they appear to be out of business, bankrupt, or ignoring customers completely. No deliveries and no responses to customers who have placed orders over the past few months. Propella has not responded to any form of communication and are not responding to Better Business Bureau either, recieving a BBB grade of F. I truly wish they had succeeded, and really wish they would refund my order or deliver the battery....(Propella, if you're reading this, pretty please respond to your customers and provide the prducts/refunds)....but the best I can do right now is to make sure others don't make the same mistake I have made. DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDERS WITH PROPELLA.

Same here. I opened a case with PayPal and got a refund via paypal after a few weeks. If you ordered with a credit card or paypal, open a dispute asap. If you do it via paypal, read the directions for the dispute carefully a few times. I almost messed it up and would have lost out.

If Bainbridge refers to Bainbridge Island, at least you are local to management. From what I can see, they've been non-responsive all year long but occasionally ship something out. I'd rattle every cage to get that battery sent to you, then plan differently in the future.

Did you receive anything like 'will ship when back in stock?' Can you get a refund via your cc company at this point? I sense you'd rather have the battery. If so, I'd be hounding the owner. If they're still taking orders, it might be worth it to Ben to get rid of you.

While I was biking around your area, I sensed a lot of Rad loyalty. Might not be a bad idea to talk to ppl in local ebike groups if Propella has a local footprint/base as well.
