Problem Ebike fat bike fractum 24

Hi everyone.
I have a problem in my DME fractum 24 ebike, the KD21C display has failed, how can I reprogram it? I don't know the exact values. Now the speed marks it high, it accelerates and decelerates badly. I enclose the images of the bike, and of the computer display.

I did not know that "Mountain Bikes" were 24" folders with hub-drives until today. I didn't know they can go up a mountain or do mountain bike things. But I am always learning. It is likely your controller. Call customer support with your sales ticket order number.
