ProBikeKit Don’t buy from them

I purchase a Park Tool Tensioner from ProBikeKit. It was scratched-up and obviously used. Trying to contact support was a rabbit hole. I would not buy from them.

Strange and disappointing. I've purchased several times from them and have had good experiences. Hopefully they get back to you to sort things out.
