Portland State University in partnership with UPS, PBOT launches e-bike delivery service

PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) - Just in time for the holiday shopping season, PSU is launching a new E-bike delivery service.

From what I could find, the ebikes are made by Truck Trike and have an interesting universal joint for the front wheel drive which can be seen in a YouTube video.
