After being sent the wrong replacement motor twice and a lackluster feedback experience,I was told they would contact me later in the week- it didn’t happen- at this point I will no longer recommend the brand - what a drag! I believe Mr Sondors would be disappointed in how his company’s customer service is representing his product- I hope it’s an anomaly- because it’s been a frustrating experience-
