Please recommend some 29" tires

Hi, electric people !
I have an ebike Scott Strike eride 930 2020 edition, full suspension.
I have Maxxis Reckon 29" 2,6 but i need some 29"tires for allroads, mostly asphalt roads, but, when i need i prefer to can go on country sides. I need to have not resistance pedaling on the asphalt roads and some spikes side by side to offer some grip for offroad.
Please give me some advices....i don't realy need such a big number like 2,6. 2 will be ok, even 2, 2 etc. And please recommend some good inner tubes for them. I don't want tubeless.

Schwalbe have several that might be of interest ranging from Rapid Rob, through Smart Sam as a good all rounder, to the Hurricane which is ok on gravel roads, light trails. There are also several versions of the marathon tire, and the G-one is ok on tarmac and light off road.

there’s also the Ritchey Tire WCS Z-Max Shield 29x2.10, maybe not in all markets

And i want to change my Syncro saddle. Do you have other recommandations than Ergon, please ? I need a saddle for long trips, confortable but not looking like a chair pilow, you know what i mean )))

I've always liked my slip-on gel pad. My seat is a moderately firm MTB sort of seat with some padding and then with the gel pad it is pretty comfortable.
