Pinarello Dyodo - X35 battery 96% charge, 0 Range

Got a bike with Mahle x35 system and no juice. Battery is fully charged, no power to the motor. Checked all connections, cleaned them all, still nothing. Bike shop infinitely not helpful and only received the “Too bad dude” remark.

Any thoughts about repair?
