I'm having some issues with my wife's Orbea Gain M30.
Mine is on order and will be in a week or so.
When I first charged her bike, it started blinking purple.
The Ebike Motion app showed a red exclamation but no error code.
After talking to the dealer and using the dealer app to trouble shoot the error was identified as a battery not balanced error.
Some on this Forum advised that you should charge overnight to give the balance charger time to balance the batteries.
I have done that and it still blinks purple after fully charging.
If she rides the bike for an outing on the eco mode which is the only mode it will work in after a complete charge and the battery level drops some, the problem will go away and then other modes can be switched to.
This is un-predictable and if we need to charge fully to go long and she needs the higher levels for some hills, she will not be able to switch the modes until "We don't know when".
When I et my bike I will see if there any similar issues.
