Looks like Mayor Bill has lost the ebike vote for his re-election.

Perhaps some cities & officials with a more positive perspective and experience with Electric Bikes could invite the NYC folks to a regular workday conference (not a weekend holiday) and experience of how Ebikes can benefit their city rather than be viewed as a problem. We don't have a problem with Ebikes in Texas and Austin in particular.
