I don't know what it is or if you can buy one, but swapping out your front end for something like this should cheap and easy?

EDIT: It's expensive too, and has wheels that lean and pivot.

The TreGo leans the whole trike over when you're turning, and you may not like that with your balance issues?

There might be something available that simply attaches to your forks but doesn't lean?
It would be a lot simpler and should be a lot cheaper too.

All you really need is just two front wheels that attach to your forks in the same way.

Basically just a two foot long axle with a wheel on each end, and support braces connected to your lower fork tubes.
