Hi, I have an orbea keram 2017 model. It has the Shimano steps motor and I've had no problems at all with it. I have been using the badass bike dongle on it for about a year with no problems at all and now the speedo is shooting up and down in speeds,from 3km to 99.9km then just drops to zero sometimes it will change speed again but most times the motor cuts out with a error code? The code tells me the travelling speed can't be detected (code W011) removing the badass dongle doesn't change anything including putting original magnet back on, no speed is being shown on speedo. Leaving the bike overnight it worked on my morning ride then after work nothing again? Is my sensor damaged in any way because of the speed dongle, any help would be very much appreciated
