Newbie to Ebikes, (NCM Prague) I East Tenn

Hey all,

I have a NCM Prague electric bike and it just recently started acting wonky. It’s got 700 miles on it and it’s my daily driver.

the motor will quit right in the middle of a ride, sometimes it’ll only work with the throttle, sometimes it’ll only work via peddling.

The display will show the battery on full charge and then it’ll suddenly show no bars in the battery display, again sometimes it’ll still give power regardless of the display.
Bad battery? I’m a total rookie at this so anything helps. TIA!

You could have wiring problems, sensor problems, battery problems, or controller problems. I hope your bike is still in warrenty.
