Recently purchased a preowned 2018 RAD City eBike. Having a blast with it. Ride it about 10 miles every evening through our neighborhood -- which fortunately has bike lanes 
I didn't get any documentation but have downloaded the manual -- which I don't find particularly helpful.
I'd like to purchase another battery as a backup but dang they are expensive! Any recommendations other than buying one from RAD?
If I did it correctly, I attached a pic of the bike. The bike came with a Cloud9 saddle, a side mirror as well as Cane Creek seat post.
Only paid $450 and I'm enjoying this thing immensely.
