@EddieJ WTH do you hope to accomplish with your attitude?!?! Talking about poor reading comprehension, you're the pot calling the kettle black.
My first post actually posited that the PURION was inferior to my Intuvia based on what I've heard, and you've now flipped it 180 degrees to me saying I'm not happy with my set up. Not correct or true. And rather than convincing me to your point of view, you constantly revert to ad hominem attacks that are frankly insulting to me.
Again, never said I wasn't happy with my Intuvia display or my handlebar control set up, and I NEVER criticized Bosche about the Purion because of my health issues. I was critical about multiple user complaints regarding hitting buttons and not getting a response, and later by your claim about "reduced functions. I STILL HAVE NO F'ING IDEA WHAT FUNCTIONS ARE REDUCED because you resort to strawman arguments and won't answer the question.
WHEN I ASKED IF THE PURION CONTROLS AND DISPLAY WERE ONE PIECE? AND IF SO WOULD I STILL BE ABLE TO READ THE DISPLAY ON THE PURION IF I ROTATE THE SWITCHES DOWNWARD to be able to reach the buttons with my old decrepit arthritic thumbs - YOU HAVE STILL FAILED TO ANSWER THAT QUESTION when you had multiple opportunities.
As far as I'm concerned I HAVE THE RIGHT DISPLAY (INTUVIA) FOR MY PURPOSES. I don't need to rotate my display at all, I simply rotated my left sided thumb switches to be more vertical. You have failed miserably in convincing me to switch to the Purion.
I ride 5-10 miles on pavement to get to the trails, where I can ride another 5-10 miles before heading back home. And I ride for pleasure, exercise, and to try to set new milestones for performance and new goals on my rides - so all the neat features and the statistics on the display are nice to have. I also don't want the new update because I like to hold the bike back in Tour and Sport mode to increase range whenever possible. I'm a responsible rider who makes sure he doesn't outride his battery and can't make it back home.
As for this discussion, I'm getting as far away from as possible because I don't like the way you behave and treat others. If you don't understand what I am saying, and you reply with more attacks, you won't get a rise out of me. Everything I need to say is right here already.
