Hello everyone. After many years of using the X53+ ecosystem on my Orbea Gain without any problems, that day finally arrived.
In one of my rides I observed that when the battery indicated around 45% charge, that value froze and did not show any more discharge. I stopped, turned off the system and continued my ride normally. On the next ride the same thing happened, except that due to my carelessness I continued without knowing the subsequent discharge and it got to the point where the morotr stopped because it had completely exhausted the charge.
Even though I managed to charge it completely at home, it seems that damage has occurred since the app always indicates 90% charge and when you turn on the system, a white light flashes slowly. Then the system turns itself off.
I would greatly appreciate feedback or comments if you have had this problem.
