I joined last week and already learned a lot from the Specialized Turbo Vado SL thread.
My wife purchased the Turbo Vado SL 4.0 Step Through a couple weeks ago and it's her first E Bike.
We have very little knowledge about E Bikes.
She's been thinking about E Bikes for a years or so but never really saw anything that got her interest.
In September I saw a couple here in our town that had a Vado SL 4.0 and Vado SL 5.0.
We went to a bike shop so she could look at one, she liked it and ordered one.

Welcome to the forum! Always happy to see another fellow Iowan join the forum. Enjoy your ebiking adventures on all the wonderful Iowa trails.

Welcome Lee & Debbie, I just picked up a Creo 2 a few weeks before the snows came, almost dialed in, but only put 150 miles on it. The Creo sure is smooth and is a joy to ride compared to the 54 pound bike that I've had for years. I ordered a Vado SL 4.0 at the same time for my wife, she loves it. As yourself, I too have benefited from Stefan's vast knowledge of Specialized ebikes. We have already had about two feet of snow, so it is back to the basement with the fluid trainer for me until late April-- which is like watching paint dry compared to outdoor biking.

The High Trestle Trail. We are from Illinois and hauled our bikes to Iowa and rode some of that a couple of months ago. Very nice trail and welcome to the board.
