Got my NCM Prague yesterday and I am more than satisfied with it even though I had a little problem with it after putting it together. The front rotor was rubbing against one of the brake pads and one of the screws that secures the battery mount to the frame was already rounded/stripped. Called Leon Cycles and they told me to fix the bent rotor with an adjustable wrench. They said they would send me a new one if that didn’t work. Took me awhile but i think i fixed it. Didn’t ask about the rounded/stripped screw as I dont plan on removing the battery mount... Other than those issues, the bike is extremely fun and has exceeded most of my expectations! Main reason I bought an E-Bike is because I HATE climbing the steep hill I live on. It doesnt climb the hill fast, but it’s definitely good enough and never drops below 7 mph using throttle ONLY (I’m 5’6 160lbs and in good shape). Still have a lot of testing to do, but after 2 days, the battery and range is more than enough for me and what I want. So far, I purchased 2 Specialized Flash 500 lights and they work great for night riding although I think 1 may be defective as it runs out of battery faster than the other. Definitely going to buy the slightly bigger battery (32V 15Ah) from Leon Cycles soon so I always have a battery ready to go. Open to any recommendations, modifications or tips on ANYTHING (especially raising the speed limiter haha). Also, any ideas on mirrors? Wanted a bar end mirror, but i dont think they will fit because of the design of the handle grips...
Thanks!!!

Regarding a mirror, I don't have the same bike, but believe the grips are the same. I have put on the Mirricycle Bar End Mirror, (which I think is the best one out there) on my bike. You just need to drill out the end of the grip to make a larger hole and use the mounting insert that comes with the mirror instead of the one that is there with the grip.

Thanks. I might have to try that as I really want a bar end mirror. What kind of a tool/tools did you use to drill out the end of the grip and make a larger hole? I don’t have any drills at the moment but i can ask some friends. Any other tools that might get the job done?

I honestly don't recall the details. I think I used a standard 1/4" drill and then finished it off with a Dremel tool to make the hole large enough. The other and more expensive option of course is to replace the grips with something like the Ergon grips that have a removeable cap on the end.

I had same issue with front brake disc and was replaced right away. But have just sent rear wheel back as 3 of the 6 hub screws have stripped their threads just suggesting you check yours mate
