I am a very satisfied owner of a 2012 Pedego Interceptor Ebike with 8,170 miles.
Pedego Carlsbad over the last 8 years has replaced numerous broken spokes on the rear drive wheel.
Pedego Carlsbad has been very supportive of my broken spoken issue at times replacing spokes at no cost.
In May, I watched a You Tube video by Pedego on the proper procedure to tighten spokes on the rear wheel of
a Pedego Interceptor. The mechanic in the video stated that spokes must be tight.
I have been checking and tightening loose spokes after about 60 miles and have had no broken spokes since.
