was wondering on juiced bikes do any one them that allow you to sit up straight , rather than have to bend over while ridding

Juiced are more upright than many other brands because of the handle bars. Either way its no big deal, you can always buy different bars or stem aftermarket.

Here, I would say this is pretty upright bike.

yes person on blue bike looks like she sitting upright ,i have two bitktix bikes now that installed the a handlebars and worked out perfect

Though many have enough DIY'er in them to negotiate a handlebar change without difficulty, if you rely on a shop for service, there's no good reason you couldn't make an "upright riding position" part of your deal with them.
