Just received my new HImiway Cruiser (All Terrain Electric Fat Bike) last week. I think I am going really enjoy this bike. Still waiting for the Step Through bike to arrive for my wife. I noticed that the front suspension does not move. I tried all the different settings on the top of the left (preload) and right (lockout) forks. No change. Has anyone else experienced a problem like this? I just sent email to Himiway customer service today. Crossing my fingers they will help solve this problem quickly.

UPDATE: Himiway has been providing great email support. Gave me instructions to try to fix my problem. No results, so they are sending me a new front suspension fork. Said they will reimburse me if I take it to a bike shop to install the new fork. Should get the new fork in about a week. Hope this solves my problem.

Its always good to hear an ebike companies customer service treating their folks well.
