New Blix vika+ flashing 21on screen

Are there problems with the new Blix Vika? Rode for a few days before it started flashing 21.
I waited 2 weeks for a short cord extention. It did nothing.

Check to see if motor cable is connected properly or has been damaged. If there is no damage, take the controller and plug directly into the motor, bypassing the motor cable. If error code persist, test with new controller. If issue persists, test with new motor core.

They sent me a replacement motor cable. Didn't work, so they jumped right to a new rear wheel/motor. It has to be ridden for a minute for the 21 error code to come up.
