New Bafang color display reading incorrect charge%

When I fully charge my battery (48v/21Ah)...the new Bafang color display (DPC18) only shows 95% charge. Anyway to calibrate the display?

Use your multimeter and confirm that the battery is actually charging to 54.6 volts. It may not be!

Thanks....I'll check it.

Change the display to show you voltage instead of percentage. It's the most accurate way to use that feature on the display.

If using "voltage"....how low is ok? Should I not go below 47 volts? I know for lipo packs (quad racing)...I dont go below 3.5v/cell.

13 cells × 4.2v = 54.6v...3.5 × 13= 45.5....say 46 volts? Also....this must refer to resting voltage? I would assume the battery has circuitry built in to not allow going below a "damaging voltage".

Your battery pack should have a proper LVC. (low voltage cutout). My 5 year old 48v pack cuts out at 42V. It's given me great service. I seldom let it get there typically around 44 is where I try to charge from.
