Same here. How does the seat work for you? I have bad foot. Slips off pedals at times,, need different shoes that I can still walk in ? Most of my riding on pavement, went for a short spin, went up some hills level 3. No sweat, that would have given me a hard time on my old Mtn bike ,when I was 20 yrs younger and in lots better shape.

It's going to be too hot to ride for awhile for me. I bought the Aventure for a second ebike so others could ride with me. I can see myself taking it out for a ride every now and then for some variety.
It's a set up pretty nicely. The seat is comfortable, I'm thinking about adding a
suspension seat post or maybe even a dropper post to make it easier to get on and off but then be able to raise it up for
for riding.

I'm considering suspension seat post also, maybe different seat maybe a cloud 9? And,or toughen up my backside. Haven't been on a bike in 20 yrs. Pretty warm here too.. Ga
.

I changed out the stock seat for a Specialized Body Geometry seat ($49.00). Works better for me on longer rides as the stock seat was to wide. Also changed the handlebars on the Pace 500 to a mountain bike riser bar. Also added a Topeak Tetra rack on the front. It’s so hot here in Florida in the summer we take a cooler for ice, drinks, and lunch. The R1 Tetra rack is a bit pricey at $129 but I found them used on Amazon for $75 and free shipping. They are a bit tricky to install but work great once completed. The Pace 500 front fork is no front rack friendly.

Happy exploring!

I don't know if too big is a issue for me. I'm a big guy 6 ft 1 in, 255. Which seat did u get? The comfort gel seat looks good comes in 180 or 200 mm. Not sure how that compares to my seat, size. There are 3 more in that price range.

Back. To my response in this post about foot slipping on pedals(just. 26), esp at higher pas when power surge from motor. Harder to keep steady cadence.. But also at other times. Would different pedals, or shoes help? I wear comfortable shoes due to foot problem. Especially if I had a bike problem and had to walk. Suspect seat height is also a little low due to knee and weak leg from old car wreck. Also considering different seat and or suspension seat post. My butt can't handle much more than 8 miles at a times, usually less.. so far. Look to improve ride comfort. 98% of my riding is 2 lane highway. 45 mph. No bike lanes. This area not very bike friendly, lots of road bikes ride my road by my house.
