Is your bag the mt dx? Does it fir on rack as in demo on YouTube? No straps required? 12L bag, 2 compartments?

That one is the Mtx ex bag. other larger topeak bags will fit as long as you use a topeak rack or the adapter plate.

Another question related to the mtx ex bag. Is the rack compatible to mount the bag or do I have to purchase a mounting system?. I'm a newbie. Haven't been on a bike in nearly 20 years. Hope this is a good seat or I'll be shopping for maybe a bigger, softer seat and/or possibly a suspension seat post.. Harley seat don't fit.

You would need to add a Topeak Omni adapter to the rear rack.

Bike delivered,got it together. Charging battery, green light flashing on battery. Red light on charger. Is this normal ? From what I have red , ted light charging. Green light complete? Does flashing green light indicate charge complete?

I'll bet you are excited to finally be able to start riding on a new ebike. I took mine out today and rode it for a couple of hours.

Charging, did yours or they a series if different flashing lights? At first green,then blue. I assume this is different phases of the charge? Hope to get everything setup,ironed out and go for a spin tomorrow.

I don't have any experience using an
Aventon charger yet. The one I'm using just goes from red to green.

Took bike out for Maiden voyage.. love it. Have to find good places to ride now. May need a different seat, we will see
Definitely need a rear view mirror. Its great on hills. Got it up tp 31 mph.

Some options you could think about
With changing the seat are a padded seat cover, a suspension seat post, adjusting the seat height so you get full leg extensions, this is very important for riding comfortably. They also have riding pants that have a padded seat built into them which something that I would recommend trying. Then you could always get a super soft bike seat after trying some of the other things first.

been shipped and is now in transit, with some luck I could be seeing it next week.

Took mine for a short spin tonight. I have a slow leak in the back tire. It was flat out of the box. Next weeks project via LBS.

Did you spray the stem with soapy water to see if it's leaking there? It could just be a tiny piece of dirt that could be easily removed.

Ok, that's too bad that it came to you that way. I think I'd say something to them about it being that way out of the box.

Balancing cells on battery 12 hr charge. Q2 hrs not a option at one time without leaving it unattended. I guess break up 12 hr charge. Same effect?

I got mine yesterday, put it together easily. The fender rods for the rear fender were bent but they were easily straightened. There was also a small scratch on the rear fender but it was pretty much covered up by the rear rack.
I took it out for a test drive today and
everything seems to be working just fine.

Great. I've got a slow leak in my rear tire I'm dealing with. I have a new inner tube coming in today.
