I've been looking and researching myself crazy for months. I finally decided on and ordered the Aventure. Its going to be a few weeks, so now the waiting game is on.

I know the waiting is hard! We waited for about 3 weeks on our Pace 500’s. Had I have known the Aventure was coming so soon I might have held off and ordered that one. Very nice looking fat tire ebike. I know you are going to really enjoy it. We just did a 52 mile round trip on the Pace 500’s on a local rail trail. During the week so very few people out. 17 mph headwind on the return leg, but the bikes performed great. wish you all the best with yours. Keep us updated.

regards,

KWR

Sounds likes lots of fun. I hope to be doing the same very soon. Need to look into flat tire protection too. Enjoy your new bike.

Post any good flat tire protection for this been bike/tires. A side question
,maybe someone has one and can answer this. On a step-thru, where is the best, recommended place to mount a water bottle cage? Does the cage on Aventons web side work OK,reviews show no mounting hardware? I'm guessing it uses screws in the frame? Or should I go with handlebar mount? I'm new to ebikes, I haven't ridden à. Bike to amount to anything in 20 yes, except motorcycles.

My dealer Slimmed my 4 inch tires for free.
Isn't that a water bottle cage mount right on the downtube?

No dealer involved in my purchase. Your reference to downtime also applicable to step thru. I assume. I haven't noticed a mount in reviews, unless I missed it.

I ordered a medium step through about a week ago, it's supposed to be shipped out at the end of the month. For what it is
I think it's a great value that's a step towards the future that is leaving some of the other brands in the dust.

We agree on the bike, looking forward to getting mine, also ships end of the month. Thanks for the info. Hope you enjoy the bike.i don't think you can beat this bike for the price, based on what I read, sounds like it beats out a few more expensive bikes also.

I would have to say that it's at the upper end of the entry level ebikes. You get what you pay for and there are many that have realized soon after a purchase that what they have falls far short of what they were expecting. Which leads to
of upgrades that will cost more than

These people think that the current models they have are going to continue to sell, I think that they are mistaken.

Agree. I checked some pics and reviews. I did find 1 step thru with bottle holder on downtube. Logical place for it. It doesn't look like the one on sventon site. That's not a big deal.

The one issue I saw/heard about with the stepthru and where the waterbottle holder is mounted on the downtube is the person banged the holder a few times getting on/off and broke the holder. This has made me contemplate the "regular aventure" for the girlfriend.

I would think that the suggested location of the water bottle holder wouldn't be a deal breaker on ordering a step through. The advantages far outweigh the disadvantages especially when it can be easily relocated.

My step thru is supposed to be here tomorrow. I figure I can put the water bottle on the handlebars or trunk bag also. I ordered a step thru due to hip and knee issues. If I ride somewhere and
I'm tired and/or hurting , I want it to be easier to get on and off. Years ago before my 1st hip replacement at times. I had difficulty getting my leg over .my motorcycle , and especially a harley dresser I was looking at.

Yes, you could put it on the handlebars for convenience or on the rear rack.
I ordered a Aventure rear rack, a Topeak Mtx bag, and an Omni adapter and it all bolted up to fit perfectly. The ebike is supposed to be coming in a few more weeks.

I already have a Topeak bag on my other ebike, it works well. It just slides on a rail and clicks into place. Easy on, easy off.
