New Aventure, leaking fork seals?

Got it about a week ago and have 35 miles on it. The forks seals are leaking. The left more so than the right. I know this isn't right but is it worth it to send it back or should I have it fixed locally? Will Aventon cover it?
Other than that it is a great bike.

well the best case you will need to get seals from them since I doubt the fort is a name brand. but they should cover it.

Allrighty now, I submitted a warranty claim and was told this is normal and caused by the forks breaking in. I will wipe it down and hope it doesn't come back.

I guess they don't have as tight of seals as air shocks?
