My first visit, my first post and my first cry for help.
I've just bought a BH Neo Volt Sport and had it delivered from a dealer on the other side of Australia. The box contained all the necessary bits and I assembled the bike. But there was no owner's manual, so I'm very short of knowledge.
I folded the bike, the latch clicked and now I can't unfold the thing. I'll try to upload a picture of the machine. It's very tall, very short and looks like a clown's bike in the circus. Unfortunately I don't have a clown's balance skills, so I haven't ridden my new bike yet.
Please would someone advise me how to unfold the bike
