Need help rebuilding bike

,.. put a new battery in its place by just wiring it in
Anyway, can someone please advise a new controller, display, remote, battery and wiring

What happened to that battery?
Why don't you just use that?
All you need is a 48V battery with a positive and negative output.

Here's a complete KT controller kit that comes with everything you need,..
It's about $50 USD

That would be really easy to install.

You might have a connector problem with the brake switches, but you can just cut the connector off and wire it in.
You don't have to worry about polarity on the brake cut-off switch wires. Just connect the two wires together.

Another possible issue is the PAS sensor fitment, but some sandpaper and a file usually fix that, or you can reuse your original PAS sensor.

Or you can get a bigger kit with MORE POWER so you'll need a bigger battery to power it so all the costs go up.

This kit comes with brake levers too, but they aren't for hydraulic brakes.
If you've got mechanical brakes, they should work.

That controller is probably too big to fit in the original compartment though, so you'd have to figure out how to mount it.

You may want to get a kit with a controller that is small enough to fit in the original compartment.
