Need help deciding between 2 bikes

I’m trying to make a decision about which of the following two electric bikes to buy to replace my car for commuting. My wife still has a van so we don’t need this for groceries, etc., just for me getting back and forth to work. I work out of 6 different buildings all roughly 5-10km apart and generally stay at one location a day. I live in Ontario so I will be commuting in some snow.

Spark Bike Blade

Voltbike Mariner

I’ve narrowed all my choices to these two but am open to other suggestions.

Depends on your body size and leg length. The sparks blade doesn't appear to have an adjustable height seat, so unless you have 25" length legs you would have to ride around standing up.
The voltbike does appear to have a conventional seatpost that can be set up.
I'll let you click the sizing button on voltbike, sparkbikes doesn't appear to have one. 17" frame (seatpost to handlebar stem) is okay for 30" arms, 19 for 32", 21 for 34", etc.
BTW when I quote leg length I'm referring to pants leg size in inches. I'm a 28, which is pretty rare these days.
Both have the rear motor from bafang, a reputable package. The blade has a bigger battery for more range.
