Morning all. Newbie to the forum need some acvice. I have just purchased a relatively cheap bike in the UK, mtb and love its performance. The problem i am having is with the battery productivity, the company advertise as the bike can make up to 55miles on a charge, i have so far been out on 2 rides and have only managed 25miles per ride, this being on low power settings!
I have not contacted the company yet as they are in Germany and also wanted to see what the bikes capabilities are.
Anyone else had this experience? All advice very welcome.

Yes its 36v13ah.
Any way to increase the distance capacity?
Im disappointed with the company for what feels like false advertising. I have just mailed them and waiting for a response.

I dont know where that is also have you seen my battery its a very unusual shape, never seen one like this before.
I can hopefully get this information from the company Leon bikes and possibly a larger battery.
I will update my this thread when i know more.

Hi . The battery distance on my NCM Prague is only giving me just over 20 miles, when i mailed te company they assured me that the battery needs to be deployed 5 times to reach maximum battery distance they also assured me tgat distance should be up to 55 miles. Has anyone ever heard of this battery issue and if that is the case should i run the battery down completely before recharge? I have just given it its 3rd charge

Have you managed to get more miles out of the battery?

For those that own the Prague: how are you liking the bike overall? And do you know if there is a way to unlock the speed limit?

I have not had the opportunity to get out much in the past week so at present cannot let you know about the battery life. If the problem persists i hope the company Leon bikes will change the battery.
As for the machine itself i love it, great construction feels really comfortable and a really nice seat, perfect for off roading. Feels like a much more expensive bike.
I believe you can unlock the speed limit but im sure someone on here can advise you on how to do that

That's for the quick insight. Trying to decide between the Prague and Moscow. Hopefully someone else can chime in about unlocking the speed limit.
