NCM and MAGNUM Bikes look similar

I am researching bikes and compared the NCM Moscow to the Magnum Peak. They look similar. Are they made by the same company?

The Moscow Plus is the same as the Peak in all components, EXCEPT the Moscow Plus has a larger battery at 16 AH, versus the 13 AH of the Peak. Just rode the Moscow Plus the other day when the NCM's came in, and went 25 mph.

So you can get the Moscow Plus for $1599, whereas the Peak is priced at $2099. So the MP is an EXCEPTIONAL DEAL at this price, especially with this larger battery.

Also, the Moscow Plus has cut outs on BOTH brake levers.

And the Aspen Plus with Fat tires is an even BETTER deal. Looks virtually identical to the Moscow Plus and Peak, except it of course has 4" tires. The Aspen Plus blows away most fat tire ebikes below the $2400 price point, especially the Rover, in all components, and performance, and quality. Also nice to have 24 speeds.

That front mudguard though... 😕

I would not like it because of mild inconvenience of taking it off every time I want to take off the battery.
Two customers wanted it. I provide what customers ask, make it convenient, and dont critique or judge their choices. btw, It's super easy to remove, and you can leave it off for when it is dry and you are not on trails or in when weather. SKS makes great fenders and this one has been a big seller. A number of Customers (who are not hunters taking these into the woods) also say they dont like the big bulky fenders that are available (i.e. Planet Bike's Big Buck ) to fit over fat tire e-bikes that have MTB style frames . With fat tire ebike consumers, I frequently find they are not your traditional buyer of a fat tire bike, and would have never chosen to buy a fat tire bike without the assist. To each his own as they say.

That would be irritating. I've noticed that RizeBikes put bottle bosses on the underside of the down tube on many models, which makes adding snap-on mudguards a lot easier. Wish this was more standard.

yeah, Amego, NCM and Magnum come from the same factory, except some minor tweaks.
Do those brands all use dehawk batteries ?
I was under the impression that they were Panasonic batteries ? Any insight you have would be appreciated.

I don't know what DeHawk is, but I'm guessing it's a name given by Leon Cycle.
Because they use Reention Dorado battery case, and call it a "DeHawk".

DeHawk is not a battery manufacture. They use Reention Dorado battery case with whatever cell they chose to use.
Panasonic is a battery manufacture, not a case manufacture like Reention Hailong.
Although Panasonic does have their own ebike casing, most ebike companies use Chinese case like Reention or Hailong.

Are you looking for a replacement battery?
What's your bike? They (Amego, NCM, Magnum) typically use Reention Dorado 550mm version.
I have an amegi infinite and the battery is a DLG 48volt 19 AH 864 WH upgrade . I was trying to find out more about this battery brand . Ie , reliable, quality, issues . It looks like you know a lot more about ebike batteries so if you could give me a , batteries 101 , I would really appreciate it.
