My new build! 72v 2000w

Just because you mentioned chainring, I just looked at OP's chainring. It's quite small, I don't know how practical it will be.
It could be okay with that motor and at a higher cadence of a cyclist. Someone named Jason does not like cadence and slowly pounds, so he likes large chainrings.
 
That would be a plus. I mean I am happy with the performance regardless. I’ve gone 37 miles and had about 1/3 left which is more than enough for me.
I have done 50 on a 36V, 7Ah weighing in at 37 pounds. I have done that trip with hills, wind and traffic lights half-a-dozen times and it is a three-speed bike with a mid-drive. Liking your bike is a good thing. Name it and take care of it. Treat the battery like a living thing. A little down tuning on the Amps will help a lot.
